Recurrent training

Hello greetings to my fellow crew members I hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday evening. I'm here because I recently thought about a new idea for our va. What if we decided to have recurrent training for each pilot such as requiring a checkride with the aircraft in our ranks every 6 months with h...

Re: 737-800 performance

Hello. You do have a point I do enter the winds in the forecast page however it doesn't seem to make much a difference. Overall I do enjoy the pmdg 737-800 it's very stable and reliable.

737-800 performance

Hello good evening and happy holidays to my fellow crewmembers. I'm here because I have a question regarding the 737-800 PMDG FS9. Is there any new modification for the CFG file for the drag numbers. I've noticed that on most of my flights it is hard to descend at a higher FPM without increasing the...

Hoppie ACARS

I was wondering if anyone uses or has used the Hoppie ACARS service. I heard about it from a friend of mine and I was told of its features which sounded very interesting such as receiving dispatch releases and making position reports through it when communicating with ATC.

pss 757 landing and roll out

Hello I fly the 757-200 from pss and I downloaded the update 1.3 from justflight there is however something I find quite awkward. My plane flies ok during flight and takeoff however when I touchdown I realize that the spoilers dont deploy automatically and the autobrakes dont brake the aircraft so I...

Re: dispatcher service

Re: dispatcher service

I think the program that would have the fuel burn, payload and route is the VAFS program. Even thought it is a va I think we could still add new features for some pilots and staff members that wouldn't mind it.

topcat/acars

Hello everyone, I recently purchased the TOPCAT software and it is very helpful. I was reading about this "acars" network it has. I was wondering if any pilots on this va uses the acars software with their fmc and what does it exactly do.
Thanks
Kyle
