Due to the complexity of the event, it is not possible to register in our system. You should register to send your name to my e-mail directly.

Here is a video link for the first legs... https://youtu.be/lgSzV-DGEy0

When you finish you will receive this special endorsement (personalized with your name) to add to your signature, our recognition as a World Class pilot and an HD photo to add to your screen.

F. A. Q .

How can I report?

I will need your report to check the flight in VATSIM. ( You can flight codeshare viewtopic.php?f=19&t=16656 or your company code "AAL925" when the route can not have code share)
1- When you are filling your FREP: [GFI Flight or Theme Flight you should write Yes]. [VATSIM Flight you should write Yes].
2- In the comments add the note of your leg 20WTL1 – 20WTL2 – 20WTL3, etc.…
3- You should add your e-mail in the e-mail area: [“WANT A COPY OF THIS FREP BY EMAIL? Yes”. And in “YOUR EMAIL” you have to add your e-mail]
4- You will receive the email to your personal mail.
5- Forward this to my address omarcampanalunga@aavirtual.com.
6- I will check the flight onto the VATSIM page. All the flights no completed will be refused (only it will be accepted the alternate airport in the route filed).
7- The flight will be confirmed by e-mail. I recommend filing the report received.
Image

Can I fly in other NET or Offline? [/color]
The event will be flown only in VATSIM (offline flights are not allowed).

Do I have any special requests to fly?
No, you don´t. All the pilots can fly this special event. Retirement HUB is also invited as a part of our company. You have to write in your VATSIM flight plan “REMARKS (optional)” www.aavirtual.com 20thanniversaryworldtourL1. Abbreviate will be (20WTL1). Please fly following the next number 20WTL2. Here and example of the first leg report.

Image

Can I fly with a group in this event?
Of course, you can flight with a friend pilot or use our Discord chat to join or to organize a flight.

Do I have any equipment restriction?
No, you can fly the airplane you want but I recommend to check the airport restrictions and routes. I have no problem if you can land a Boing 747 in Lukla but I will need a video.

Is everyone who participates required to fly every leg?
Yes, everyone who participates required to fly every leg in sequence 20WTL1, 20WTL2...

Do all legs have to be flown within the week the legs are published, or can someone start late and "catch-up"?
No, you don´t have to fly within the week the legs are published you can start late and you can catch up when you want. You can fly from 10/05/2020 to 1/09/2022 ( our 20th anniversary).

Do we have routes and alternate airports?
Yes, every two weeks I will open 4 routes to fly with some guidance instructions (routes) we start on the 10th of May, the next will be the 20th of May, the 10th of June….. Due to the complexity of the event and the various simulators FSX, P3D, Xplane ... is allowed to fly to the nearest airport. However, it is ideal to advise which airport you have chosen in order to confirm.

Can I start before September 2022, could I finish after that date?
No, you can´t. Unfortunately, the event will close on 01/09/2022, our anniversary.

My special thanks to Imagen of Gordon Johnson and Prawny (Pixbay) to help me to improve my photo endorsement with their gif and our CEO Mike for his help.

WORLD TOUR 20th AAV ANNIVERSARY. (All the routes will be posted in this NOTAM).

The air up there in the clouds is very pure and fine, bracing and delicious. And why shouldn't it be?--it is the same the angels breathe.

Omar, I like the idea. Thanks for being creative as well as providing the routes (a time consuming effort I'm sure  ). I've sent my registration request via email to you. Maybe we can actually create some impromptu GFI's out of some of the legs.

Omar, great idea and obviously you have put a lot of time and effort into this!!

Clarification please: is everyone who participates required to fly every leg?

Do all legs have to be flown within the week the legs are published, or can someone start late and "catch-up"?

Yes, everyone who participates required to fly every leg in sequence 20WTL1, 20WTL2, 20WTL3...

No, you don´t have to fly within the week the legs are published you can start late and you can catch up when you want. You can fly from 10/05/2020 to 10/09/2022 (2 years and 4 months to our 20th anniversary).

I am going to add these two questions to the FAQ, thanks for your help.
