New Zealand GFI NZAA - NZDN

Post by Wayne Pierce »

Here it was the flight of the week. I showed up, then Rick showed up and then no one, until after we took off just 10minutes early. No ATC until we were on the runway taking off. As Rick and I were climbing out Rey Ramon and Greg Gemelli arrived, both of these gents haven't been around here for a while on a GFI. Great to see them. It took some time for them to get off the ground and Rey had engine failure or something and had to return and drop out, but Greg came thru on a MAC! Sergio next showed up and flew some time behind us but he made it.
This was again a good GFI and except for one we all made it. There was a showing of Bert but he was in Chicago and talked to us via the cockpit phone.
Till next time.

I'm sitting here looking at your pictures and they look great. It made me realize something, when ever I fly online, my Anti-aliasing seems to turn off. Why is that. My lines and edges get all jagged. When I'm not online, wheather it's FSinn or SB4, my AA looks fine and graphics incredible. What gives?

Rey, I did a search of the forums about this problem and there are many people who have the same issue. There were many suggestions but no one fix. The jist of the answers were; See if your video card has anti-aliasing turned on and the FS program has it turned on. If so turn off the FS one.

I probably had the problem but just attributed it to a poor system. I still get them in FS9 as it is the nature of the beast. I use FS9 with FSINN and it works fine just a little ziggy zaggy.
Don't know what else to try.
Good luck

Great pics as always. I waited patiently for the departure time of the real AAL1561, had ATC sign on, got my clearance, pushed back.... and FS crashed when I was finishing my startup. :x I'll try it again tonight maybe...

I may be able to make a rare Sunday eve appearance. All Navy, so far.
