Who has one? How do you like it? How long did it take you to get used to it? Who has or had one and DIDN'T like it??? Pros? Cons??? I saw Richard got one for his BDay and it got me thinking...

Have had 2 and they are really great for combat flight sims (almost an essential) but a little less significant in flying in FSX except for low slow look at the scenery flying. Used to have a problem with clicking switches/dials because you had to keep your head perfectly still while moving your mouse -- I wasn't very good at that (maybe just old age) - but with the latest drivers there is a sweet dead zone at center that makes it easy to do this now.

Will not take long to get used to it. After 5-10 mins you'll almost forget you're using it.

It's great but I very rarely use it for AAV flying. Probably the biggest advantage in an airliner would be to lean forward/back and/or left/right a little to get to a switch otherwise hidden behind a control.
