Freeware community mods Improving the systems, and a freeware American Airlines livery has become available. So my question is, can we use it to file PIREPs?

You can use it and file a manual FREP.

I don't know if FSACARS or SIM ACARS works with the new MSFS. If you know of an ACARS that works with MSFS, let me know.
