This was asked and here is the answer;
When you go to Post Reply on the topic, below where you type, is a menu with Options and Attachments. Open the Attachments tab and it will have a box which says Add files. Open the Add file box. That will go to your computer and then you go to the picture you want, click on it and when it shows in the file name box, click open. You should type a heading for the picture, in the subject box. Use the preview to see if all is the way you want. Then click Submit for your picture and topic. It will go there by itself.
