Completed VFR Tour

Post by Harold Henderson »

75 VFR flights (Dec 3, 2021 - Apr 16, 2022) starting in far western Alaska, circumnavigating the lower 48, and ending at the Grand Canyon. Used 4 different a/c (all payware) - Kodiak 100, Mooney M20R Ovation, Cessna 337, and the Piper PA34 Seneca. Almost all flights were on Vatsim and flying with real weather. All flights were in MSFS 2020.

Very enjoyable. Great break from big iron. Saw a lot of the US - close and personal - I might never have flown over.

Omar, thanks for setting this up!

Sorry for not writing sooner but as you know I have had computer problems, I congratulate you on behalf of the operations department and all the staff. Congratulations again for all your flights and for having achieved one of the most difficult challenges of our company. Thank you for your understanding in these days, shortly you will receive the diploma and the new signature.
The air up there in the clouds is very pure and fine, bracing and delicious. And why shouldn't it be?--it is the same the angels breathe.
