Wayne, you have to have the autopilot operating first before this will work. You have to set depart and arrival in the fmc. You have to set positon and align the IRS before the autopilot will function. Once you set the autopilot in operation you can set the altitude and hold it there. The heading function only goes hold or sel.. but use the ctrl-H key to shut off the heading function and then you can take a test... I mean fly a different heading and then the altitude will hold auto. :lol: :lol:

Wayne, and any of you pilots out there. I, Harold, Sergio are and have been offering real time help with this and other problems you encounter. We use teamspeak and FShost. I have a server for these set up and any time and day it can be utilized and we can walk you through the procedures while on line talking you thru it. This is our flight school. We almost always meet on it on Saturday mornings, but I can be on line anytime day or night.(almost).

Yes, they are available for training on request. Me, I'm twice as expensive and you have to make an appointment. :lol:
