i made a FREQ from TJSJ to TIST and back after i submit it what to do after i have submit do i need to download something if you do know what do i have to do plz reply as soon you see this :?: :D
Welcome Noel to the AAV.
First of all your HUB manager will look at your FREQ's and approve them or disapprove them. And that is done in real time, as soon as they look at the web site. Now I looked at your FREQ's and those are not flights on our current or old timetables, so you may have trouble getting them approved and again your HUB manager will have to do it for you. The flights you want start with AA4xxx, yours start with AAL9xxx

Some examples of the flights you want;
AA4806 San Juan-TJSJ 15:45 St Thomas-TIST 16:17 AT7 67mi
AA4842 San Juan-TJSJ 17:50 St Thomas-TIST 18:20 AT7 67mi

AA4809 St Thomas-TIST 16:46 San Juan-TJSJ 17:26 AT7 67mi
AA4858 St Thomas-TIST 18:50 San Juan-TJSJ 19:24 AT7 67mi

This little bit of information, not only for you but others as well. The FREQ's require a flight number preceded with the AA initials. Some of the flights will not get the approval if they begin with the AAL or the EGF letters. Your FREQ must match the timetable exactly for the computer to pick up the flight. Also If a pilot picks a FREQ from the real world timetable or some other verifiable timetable, you must notify the HUB manager where you got the number so he can actually look at the number as to where it came from without guessing and searching.

If you ever have problems with the FREQ or FREP you submit, e-mail your HUB manager and it will be taken care of a lot easier.
A little patience here as we all have real life jobs or what-not. :)

Actually, this is not quite a correct statement. The FREQ can have anything in it. AA, AAL, EGF, or for our OneWorld flights BA, QA, etc. What needs to match is the FREP. The flight number, and letters, in the FREP must match the FREQ exactly or it will get rejected by our system when you hit submit, or it will cause an FSACARS submitted FREP to not mark the flight as completed.

If FSACARS is making things too complicated... why don't you just fly the flight in FS and submit your FREP manually on the webpage here:

I think this would be best.

Noel Valdez wrote:THANKS guy and what is TeamSpeak :?: :?:
Teamspeak is a great piece of software that allows multiple users to sign in on the same server and "talk" to each other. You can cover soo much more in a few minutes listening to someone guiding you through the process than it takes to type up an email or forum post and wait for someone to respond. I believe if you scroll back through this thread, Harold provided a link on more info about teamspeak and where to get it and how to sign on. We could really cover soo much more in just a few min session on Teamspeak.

If you believe your FREQ is correct then fly. Just do not file the report until it is accepted by the HUB manager. Your correct in saying if it is wrong then you have to redo the flight. :lol:
