I just looked at "MyAirplane.com" and I find that the BENKY ONE ATTIVAL (RNAV) and BULLZ ONE (RNAV) are still valid or at least they were from 11 MAR 2010 to 08 APR 2010. (It also has the same dates on other SIDS and STARS). I would suggest that as these arrivals are still being used in the real world(according to Flightaware) that they are still acive arrivals for KORD.

Real world, BENKY and BULLZ are active STARs. Look at the ZAU site - http://www.zauartcc.org/index.php?op=ad&id=6 - and you'll see the STARs listed as "**ADDED**". Elsewhere on their site it says they changed web hosts and lost some data, so conclusion is yours ...
