all of the attachments to the checkride are missing
What do you mean? There should be 8 pages in this file http://www.aavirtual.com/checkride/Retr ... ckride.pdf including SID, STAR, ILS, and KSFO airport diagram. If you don't have them all, try downloading the file to your PC and opening from there.

Careful Jim I had this beauty of a truck restored to prime condition just for the checkrides. Now a much smoother operating aircraft with a better interior for VC can be had at the Cal Classic web site.
