I upgraded my video card awhile back. Actually I was using the mobo video interface and added a GeForce video card. The key thing for me was I found the current power supply in the PC would not handle the video card and I had to upgrade the PS as well. Could this be your problem, the new video card is too much for your PS and is dragging the voltage below minimums?
