Is it possible to leave the group flights up until a day after the schedule flight?
A couple of times now I have logged on to get the details of the flight only to find it has been removed more that one hour before the flight is due to start.
I had someone join me on the flight today, luckily I had already prepared the flight plan. I tried to send him a text message on TS3 but found we don't have permission to send text messages on our Teamspeak3 channel. I know this is not our TS3 but we should be able to send text messages just in case a fellow pilot needs the route etc.

I agree with Berry,i am also having same issues.

The calendar does not remove the flights. They are viewable for quite a while before and afterwards. They are not erased but remain alway son the calendar. I just searched backwards over a year and saw flights still there. Your browser is not working quite right then try a refresh. Just make sure your still logged. They are not viewable by the general public and only registered users may view them.

You can send chat messages on the TSP3 we do quite often. If you have problems, then Jose S., AAV2, is the one to contact about any problems.

I now understand Wayne. I usually look for them under the Forum page and that is where they are removed before the flight, I will look at the calendar in future.
Well I tried to send a text message today and it didn't work, we went to another TS3 server and it worked ok.
