I think you are flying with a Learjet. "The Brake Acum Press" menssage in your EICAS means the pressure for the emergency brake operation and for parking brake operation is too hight or too low. The solution will be check the brakes.
About the speed. You have the autopilot connected. Check the speed in your MCP,according your picture "SPD" it is not in green this causes N1 and N2 are in manual mode this probably produces 100-110 and the overspeed.
You can not extend the flaps because you have high speed.
