Email improvements

Some people have had difficulty receiving emails from the AAVirtual site. I've made some changes and would like to know how it is working for you.
NOTE: The "From" address has changed, so it's possible these will get sent to your SPAM folder. If that happens, add the new "From" address to your address book, whitelist, or "OK sender" list.
If you START getting emails you were missing, please let me know.
If you STOP getting emails you were receiving, please let me know.
This includes FREP and FREQ submission emails, FREP and FREQ approval emails, and for our staff, contact page emails.
