If you fly in Vatsim or you want to sent a manual frep to your Hub Manager, http://www.aavirtual.com/pages.php?name=Submit_FREP Remeber ALL FIELDS EXCEPT COMMENTS ARE REQUIRED!

(1) Your PILOT NAME: it´s your registered name in the company: ex. OMAR CAMPANALUNGA

(2) Pilot ID ex . AAV925

(3) HUB ex. KDFW (ICAO CODE) you can check the airport code in this link http://www.airlinecodes.co.uk/aptcodesearch.asp

(4) DATE FLOWN, it´s the date flown or automately flight to today, click on Set to today

(5) FLIGHT NUMBER: GFI Flight, Theme Flight, FREQ flight, chárter.... Ex. AAL1020 Please check the American Airlines Virtual Pilot's Handbook to know about http://www.aavirtual.com/handbook.php

(6) AIRCRAFT USED: Please check the American Airlines Virtual Pilot's Handbook to know aircraft type qualifications by rank and optional endorsementshttp://www.aavirtual.com/handbook.php ex. B732 ( Boeing 737-200) you can check the aircraft code in this link http://www.airlinecodes.co.uk/arctypes.asp


(7) DEPARTURE AIRPORT ex. KORD you can check the airport in this link http://www.airlinecodes.co.uk/aptcodesearch.asp

(8) ARRIVAL AIRPORT ex. KCLT you can check the airport in this link http://www.airlinecodes.co.uk/aptcodesearch.asp

(9) PUSHBACK TIME Hour and minutes will be in ZULU time, Zulu Time gets its name from the military call sign for the letter “Z”, which is Zulu. Each time zone has a letter and number designation. “Z” is the letter designation of the Zulu time zone. It also refers to the number “0”, the number designation for Zulu time (zero meridian time zone). Ex. 10:09

(10) SHUTDOWN TIME Hour and minutes will be in ZULU time.

(12) VATSIM FLIGHT your flight flown in vatsim YES or NO- When flying online with VATSIM, if upon logging on to VATSIM you find that your flight number is in use and not available, choose an alternate flight number for your trip. In order to receive VATSIM credit for the flight, you must notify your Hub Manager of the changed flight number when filing your FREP. Use the "Remarks" section of the FREP form for this purpose. Please use only your flight number in your FREQ not your PILOT ID. REMEBER : flights flown on VATSIM will earn a 50% bonus in AAV flight hours. To know more http://www.aavirtual.com/handbook.php

(13) VATSIM ID Ex: 909859

(14) TOTAL BLOCK TIME in hours ( DO NOT edit this number

(15) COMMENTS Ex. ( disconnection during the flight, Control app KDFW, KCLT TWR….)

Thanks Wayne to you. Your work with the new pilots is very important for the company. I'm writing "My FREQ ". I think during the week I will publish it here.
