(1) Your PILOT NAME: it´s your registered name in the company: ex. OMAR CAMPANALUNGA

(2) Pilot ID ex . AAV925

(3) HUB ex. KDFW (ICAO CODE) you can check the airport code in this link http://www.airlinecodes.co.uk/aptcodesearch.asp

(4) Flight 1 to 10:
a) I recommend the Auto FREQ Generator to find the routes, especially for the new pilots. http://www.aavirtual.com/pages.php?name=Auto_FREQ . It´s very easy to use.
b) The flights must begin at your HUB and finish at your HUB. Ex. First flight will be, AAL234 KJFK-KCLT (KJFK is my HUB) second flight must be AAL563 KCLT-KJFK the flight must finish in my HUB. Commanders are permitted to start and end their bids at any AAV HUB.
c) The flights will be approved as long as the equipment conforms with that permitted by the pilot's Rank. http://www.aavirtual.com/handbook.php Ex. It is not permitted fly AAL7726 KJFK-EGLL 3442.01 miles with ATR72-500 because the maximum range of this equipment (ATR) is 2,065 miles. You can check the distance between airport https://www.world-airport-codes.com/distance/
d) Flights in between may be anywhere in the system, but must connect with each other. EX. AAL235 KJFK-KCLT, AAL3342 KCLT-KDFW, AA234 KDFW-KJFK.
e) The format is AAL5221 KJFK-KCLT. The space between the Flight Number and Airport Codes is very important as much as the “- “between airports.
f) Second Officer pilots at the Dallas, Fort Worth training hub: Second Officer pilots may substitute equipment on any KDFW flight. Please contact with Wayne (your HUB training manager) to know more.
g) Pilots may consider any of the three major New York Airports (JFK, EWR, and LGA) to be equivalent to KJFK

The air up there in the clouds is very pure and fine, bracing and delicious. And why shouldn't it be?--it is the same the angels breathe.
