FSACARS FREP Reporting is down - fix in BETA

FSACARS is currently not creating FREPs correctly. Please use the AAVirtual.com website FREP reporting tool to submit your FREPs until this is fixed.

Any FSACARS flight submitted since September 24th does not have an automatically generated FREP. If you did not submit a FREP manually using the AAVirtual.com website, you will need to do so.

Details:
Starting back on September 24th, 2018, our web host upgraded something (most likely our PHP version). This changed how FSACARS data was interpreted and the software that generates your FREP from your FSACARDS data no longer functions correctly.

I will work on a fix this week and update when this is resolved.
