Forum attachments

I've updated the forums to allow 10 attachments, such as pictures, per post instead of 3. I've also set it to unlimited file size for now (but don't go crazy please).

Let me know if you see any issues.

Thanks Mike. Since I don't have a web-based server to upload pics for posting (and therefore be able to display more pics per post) your change will make it easier for me to post my photos. Thanks for the update.
