VFR USA event (online and offline)

I am pleased to announce VFR event (OFF-LINE AND ON-LINE).

The event was designed to start in the middle of April.
The event consists to fly in 76 smallest airports sparing in the USA (most of them) and Canada. All the flights will be flown under VFR procedures.
Due to the complexity of the event, it is not possible to register in our system. You should register to send your name to my e-mail directly. omarcampanalunga@aavirtual.com.
When you finish you will receive this special endorsement (personalized with your name) to add to your signature, our recognition as a VFR Master Pilot.
Any change will be announced in our forum: https://www.aavirtual.com/forum/ and any doubt you can ask us in our Discord Chat: # operations. All the Pilots are welcome!

1. BRIEFING:

How can I report?

ONLINE: I will need your report to check the flight in VATSIM. (You should flight your company code "AAL925”)
1- When you are filling your FREP: [GFI Flight or Theme Flight you should write Yes]. [ or VATSIM Flight you should write Yes].
2- In the comments add the note of your leg TourVFR1, TourVFR2, etc.…
3- You should add your e-mail in the e-mail area: [“WANT A COPY OF THIS FREP BY EMAIL? Yes”. And in “YOUR EMAIL” you have to add your e-mail]
4- You will receive the email to your personal mail.
5- Forward this to my address omarcampanalunga@aavirtual.com.
6- I will check the online flight onto the VATSIM page or Offline flights with FSACARS. All the flights no completed will be refused, only it will be accepted the alternate airport in the route filed or nearest. Please check the IMPORTANT INFORMATION point.
7- The flight will be confirmed by e-mail. I recommend filing the report, we may required to confirm the entire tour.

OFFLINE: with your report send (you should send with our FSACARS)

Location Information for airport: State, City, GPS location,
Operations Data: The airports are public in this event, private and military are not allowed.
Airport Communications: ATIS, CTAF…
Nearby Navigation Aids: VOR, WAYPOINT, frequencies….
Runways: in use, closed…
Other Remarks: Birds, Camera Available on internet, RCMD instructions….

3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION BRAVO:
Nearby Airports with Instrument Procedures:
It is VERY important check before flight if you have to change the airport because you don´t have the airport in your Simulator or if you have to fly IFR your flight due to weather conditions. You should change for one of these airports or another close to the airport in the route. (Send the airport chosen and your simulator this will help to other pilots). Can I fly in other NET or Offline?
The event will be flown off line and online (VATSIM).

Do I have any special requests to fly?
No, you don´t. All the pilots can fly this special event. Retirement HUB is also invited as a part of our company. You have to write in your VATSIM flight plan “REMARKS (optional)” www.aavirtual.com VFRTOUR. Abbreviate will be (VFR1). Please fly following the next number VFR2.

Can I fly with a group in this event?
Of course, you can fly with a friend pilot or use our Discord chat to join or to organize a flight.

Do I have any equipment restriction?
No, you can fly the airplane you want but I recommend to check distance, the airport restrictions and Waypoints.

Is everyone who participates required to fly every leg?
Yes, everyone who participates required to fly every leg in sequence VFR1, VFR2...
