How do I get assigned to a Hub?

Post by Omar Campanalunga »

it is as simple as passing the first checkride  . It is very easy to understand that to access the HUBs you have to have a minimum of knowledge, some colleagues ask us why? Our philosophy is to teach, share and learn, as it says on our website: "AAV is made up of a friendly and helpful group of simmers who are dedicated to helping each other get the most out of our shared hobby". There are other airlines that want pilots, only pilots, million pilots. We want pilots who know, learn and teach. It is worth it to pass all the Checkrides and ascend, learning gives you more security and confidence. Simulators are games, but for us they are tools for you to really enjoy them.

I started as many of you do now, as a second officer and before we didn't have the Training Department that guides you through the promotions within the company. Every step I took I felt more confident and proud of myself, First, Captain, Commander..., then checkrides until I completed all the challenges. And now after many years I have the recognition of my colleagues, I don't know them in person but I look forward to meeting all of you in the future.

What are you waiting for if you are in Training Dep. to do your first Checkride? :D

Operations Department.
The air up there in the clouds is very pure and fine, bracing and delicious. And why shouldn't it be?--it is the same the angels breathe.
