Cannot submit FREP

Try clearing cookies and cache again. Make sure you clear them for http://www.aavirtual.com, https://www.aavirtual.com, and any other versions of aavirtual.com.

Then start at https://www.aavirtual.com (be sure to use https with the s). Then go to the forum page to log in, don't log in on the main page.

Let's see what happens.

Thanks Chris. Let's check a few other items. Note that when you are logged in, the non-forum pages will have you user name and pilot number unde the AAV logo in the upper left corner. When logged out, it will say "Login or Join" under the logo.

After you log in on the forum page, when you return to the home page, are you logged in or out?

If logged in to the home page, and you click on the Submit FREP menu item, do you stay logged in?

What web browser are you using?

If you try a different browser, do you get the same behavior?

Please post a screen shot both immediately before and immediately after hitting the submit FREP button.
I want to see the top of the page, so it might take two screenshots to show the whole Submit FREP page before you hit the button.
I would also like to see the full URL in each of the before and after screen shots. Given how Chrome truncates the "http" part, you will have to click on the URL and hit the "Home" button to get it to show the full address.

I had this exact issue a few weeks ago. I didn't do anything in particular to fix it. Lasted a day then started working again.

Please go see the new NOTAM about logout problems. This should fix your issue.
