Is there an app or software we could use that will give us random passenger loads for the flights to add to the realism?

Nothing on the AAVirtual.com site. Higher end payware like PMDG and Aerosoft provides this random passenger load functionality on the fuel and passenger load page. I did a quick Google search and didn't see any great 3rd party options either, but I didn't invest much time in the search.
If you REALLY want realism, set it to 100% or 99%. I fly monthly for work, and every plane is completely full these days.
