USA Flight Planing Map

I like to have a visual representation of where I can fly on AA. It helps me plan places I like to go on my FREQs. The link below is a map I made with all the AA airports in the USA. I used the real AA timetable, not the AAVirtual timetable.

It doesn't have AEV airports yet. I'll do that in the future. I'll do a world wide map too if anyone want it.

Enjoy.

As my great friend and mentor, Homer Simpson would say

DOH!

Why didn't I think of that.

Took 4 our 5 hours total. It was fun.

They're starting to get out of date for some of the smaller US cities and in Europe. The timetales change too fast to keep up.

VERY NICE

VERY NICE JOB MIKE.

Really professionally done. Now i can even print all of those maps and use them as posters in my apartment to show my peeps the AAL destinations.

This post pre-dates our server move and many of the links to files have lost their functionality. Maybe Mr. Blakely still has these files running around somewhere and can repost. ;)

During many years since last post here, it seems like the real AA caught up with the virtual enthusiasts here, and made their own destination map at: http://aa.fltmaps.com/en

Nice map, but I can't get flight numbers or a/c type. That would eliminate it's usefulness in flight planning for me.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

It's also very hard to read - too small - for visually challenged senior citizens like me.

The map has a zoom feature. If you have a rotary button on your mouse you can use it to zoom in and out. If not use the +/- icons at the right of the image. I was able to zoom in very close, allowing these "senior citizen" eyes to read it. :)
