So I finally did a flight. KMIA-KATL. Like riding a bike..almost. I ended up using FSInn. Tried vPilot. It hit my frame rates..was down to 12-10FPS. With Fsinn I was at my locked frame rates. I need to get the PMDG 738 for fsx. I want. If you guys ever see it on sale let me know!

Not sure Ted. I'd run it successfully on this rig. I think my kids messed it up. LOL. Easy scapegoat that they are. But the fresh reinstall fixed it. Just need to find time to get airborne again. Week days are rough. Maybe Friday night.

So now freshly reinstalled everything....and it's working. Hoping to be up sometime this week.

Tried all that Wayne. Issues with my lvl d panel now too. Thinking fresh install of my OS and everything. Not sure though. Big time commitment

So just posted over in their forums..not sure how active it is. so i'm posting here if any one can help. I am just getting back to flight simming. I was going for a flight a couple days ago and the tire and some internal engine textures were missing. If looking nose on..the engines look empty except...

Ps...i was having issues uninstalling..when I put the disc in I only got repair or uninstall options. selecting uninstall ran into errors with a dll..even though I had uninstalled already. I didn't want to repair. wanted fresh. so i found the Install and Uninstall trouble shooter utility from Window...

Actually i'm going to just do a complete reinstall of fsx. I've been having issues. When I first went to open it up for the first in over a year..i couldn't find the icon. I found it in some obscure folder..and it would open. So i put the disc in and it repaired it. then I could launch it. but issue...

i should of looked at this before I just posted my last issue with fsinn. i'll take a look. thanks for the heads up.

Ok..ive had this issue before..fixed it before...but refresh my memory. when i log into vatsim and i'm sitting at the airport. other planes load on top of me. i know i have to untick a setting some where...jsut can't remember which.

So getting back into things..what's the preference around here for FSX Vatsim connectivity. I used to always use FSinn? Does it work good in Windows 7? Or are people using squakbox? is there another client I dont even know about?

I just reinstalled FSX. In the process of reinstalling payware. Some hiccups a long the way of course. hoping to be soon.

Just dropping a line to say hello. It's been a long time old friends since I've been around in the forums on in the virtual skies. No I'm not doing anything spectacular..other than being a dad and husband. Ha. Hope you all are doing well.

hmm...I can't seem to uninstall drivers from the control panel, and there is no uninstaller that I can see. May have to google this one.

Driver was the first thing I updated...which it was update already.
