Yes, they are. You can fly them as 2 stage or 1 stage. If you fly 2 stage, file the first FREP as AAL4804 SJU-SDQ with a comment that says "Leg 1 of 2 SJU to PAP". Then file your 2nd FREP as AAL4804 SDQ-PAP with a comment that says "Let 2 of 2..."

But use the 4 letter ICAO codes, not the 3 letter IATA codes.
