Hi Norberto,
I have radio panel and I want to buy the Pro Flight Multi Panel. I have heard that this doesn´t work with add-on as PMDG, PSS, Willco...
Are you test the drivers with Multi Panel?
Thnks
Omar.

Re: New 3rd party drivers for the Saitek Pro-Flight Modules
Omar,
I have the multi-panel, radio panel and switch panel as well as the yoke, pedals and an extra throttle quadrant. I found this very late last night and I have my KMIA-LEMD flight paused right now while I'm at work. So far the panels seem a lot more stable, albeit the adjustments are a lot slower. I have yet to have one stop responding like they did with the Saitek drivers. I'm flying the Wilco A340-600 and even though the throttles don't work well with the Airbus autothrottle, the A/T and IAS settings on the multi-panel took over quite well. Hopefully the flight will still be paused over the Atlantic when I get home and I can continue the test into Madrid.
Hope that helps,

Norberto,
When you finish the flight Could you test with PMDG the flight panel?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: New 3rd party drivers for the Saitek Pro-Flight Modules
Thanks Norberto,
I have been having trouble with my FS2004 hanging and then crashing during a flight. I believe I have traced it to the Saitek switch panel. With it disconnected I have not had a hang for about 2 weeks now.
Seems to work ok in FSX but with payware aircraft some of the switches don't work.
I will try this SPAD software and see if the hangung problem is fixed.

Re: New 3rd party drivers for the Saitek Pro-Flight Modules
I have now been running SPAD for the last couple of weeks and have had no further FS2004 crashes.
I believe you need a full version of FSUIPC to take full adavntage of all the features of the Saitek switch panel but most switches work without it. Maybe it is a matter of taking the time to set it up correctly.

Re: New 3rd party drivers for the Saitek Pro-Flight Modules
I still haven't tried to fiddle with the settings via FSUIPC and I've had a couple of issues running with SPAD shutting down on me with no warning. I'm running the default profile ( with FS9) that comes with it on Win 7 64-bit with the latest registered version of FSUIPC. I just haven't had time to really play with it yet.

Re: New 3rd party drivers for the Saitek Pro-Flight Modules
I just have the saitek multipanel (autopilot) and have removed all the saitek drivers. I load up the spad in FSX after the program starts. It loads up right away and lets me use the multipanel with a host of aircraft, although the PMDG still isn't one of them. It works so much better than the default saitek drivers. It has not cause me any problems with CTD's. It isn't a switch panel, so no configuring for it, I have other brands of switch and radio panels I use. My cockpit has many FSUIPC programmed interfaced switches and I use other dials and switches to get the saitek panel to show as a LED readout if I need it besides using it as the autopilot itself.
