The scheduled times for AA329 KLGA-KMCI are 14:50 - 16:15. The times on the table are local. The zulu time conversion for arrival/departure is 18:50/21:15 (LGA is on Eastern Time or -4 hrs. UTC and MCI is -5 hrs. UTC) giving you a total scheduled block time of 2:25. These are the zulu times that should go on a FREP. If you had a block time of 3:10 you are actually late. ;)

Upon further review, this flight is actually of the two leg variety. The first is LGA-ORD and then ORD-MCI. That is why you get a 4:50 flight time when you search it as LGA-MCI. :D

You haven't made any mistake. When you complete flights that have 2 or more legs you have the option of flying and reporting them separately or flying direct. (Provided that the aircraft has the range.) When flying them separate you should file a FREP for each segment (takeoff and landing) using the same flight number and noting in your comments "Leg 1 of 2", "Leg 2 of 2", etc. :)
