Sounds like you forgot to configure your fsacars .ini file. It's difficult to post a link to the thread from my phone but there is a sticky with instructions in the tech forum on how to do it. The error message you are getting about the flight not being in your freq is usually caused by a prefix mismatch I.e. your freq says "AA1234" but you're trying to file "AAL1234". They have to be the same for the system to accept it.
