Re: FSACARS: "No log file for that company/pilot"
You have to file and have an approved FREQ before you can submit a frep through FSACARS. Your current bid shows awaiting bid which means you haven't submitted a FREQ yet or it hasn't been approved. FSACARS checks your current bid against what you just flew to make sure the flight #'s match up and since there's nothing to be compared is why your getting that message.

Re: FSACARS: "No log file for that company/pilot"
This message means there is no FSACARS log file on your computer to send to the AAVirtual web site. I need more information to understand why your log file didn't record. No log file for that company/pilot
- Did you get the message at the end of your flight asking if you want to accept the flight? Did you click OK?
- Could I see a screenshot of the FSACARS flight plan screen
- Could I see a screenshot of your FSACARS directory before the flight, and then again after the flight (after you click OK to accept the flight) but before you try to submit your log?

Looks like the log is only 23 minutes long. How long was your flight?

Re: FSACARS: "No log file for that company/pilot"
Have you noticed how on both attemts, FSACARS appears to stop after a COM2 change?
I would suggest running a flight without RC4.3 and see what happens.

Re: FSACARS: "No log file for that company/pilot"
There was another thread recently about RC key combinations interferring with other parts of FS. Perhaps there is an unknown key combination that is killing the FSACARS log? Maybe experiment and see what you do that causes FSACARS to stop?
