It is really hard for one to figure out what is happening on another's computer. All we can do is give our suggestions, of which I am sure you have tried before.
But, first of all when one asks for help the information needs to be really complete. Such as the model of aircraft; payware or standard FS. If you are using FSX basic or acceleration, FS9 or whatever you have. And then sometimes even your Operating System of the compter. If it is payware then the manufacturers forums are the best bet. Unless one of our members has had the same problem all we can do is make guesses.
Does the problem occur if you start FSACARS ? Do you have FSpassengers loaded in use ? Many variables. Most of all problems are taken care of when a complete uninstall of all segments of the aircraft are done and a new install. I do this often when problems arise.
