I think this VA is worlds apart from most, particularly due to our training and check ride system IMHO. I think many virtual pilots just want to fly everything and building hours seems like enough effort to entitle them to move up in equipment. I like what we have and I'm proud to be a part of it, but unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you want to look at it) it's not for everyone. I'm quite happy that I get to share my hobby with the pilots on our roster, however small or large it may be. :)
