AAV email issues

Pilots - due to a large ammount of spam, we tightened up the spam filters for our AAVirtual email. However, this means some of your legitimate emails are getting stuck in the spam filters. If you can't get hold of someone via email, try PM-ing them, or PM-ing me.

Hub Managers - you need to periodically check your spam filters a webmail.aavirtual.com. Alternatively, I can loosen up the spam filters again. Let me know your preference please.

I do have my spam folder available in my aavirtual email and I do check it every time I log into my email. The only recent one I have received is the one from you which was also in the spam folder.

Thanks Mike. I will check my spam folder and prefer the tight noose around the neck of SPAM!
