Suggest there be a new menu item of pilot ranking by hours flown. Know you can sort the roster but having it as a menu item would draw attention and might bring out the competitiveness in some of the pilots (have an inkling there may be some of this below the suface of some individuals in this VA). Might even consider formalizing some "clubs" like 2,000 Hour Club, 3, 4, 5, etc.
