Unlike those born on leap day who only celebrate on their birthdate every four years, the duplicating digit birthdays only come around every eleven years.
So, not only does Panagiotis Zervoulias have the usual "birthday" excuse for excess consumption of cake and ice cream (and DFW's finest aged fermented goat's milk IF his schedule flies him into DFW today and with a layover for recovery), he also has the added excuse of the even rarer duplicating digit birthday to ratchet up the celebration!
