Recently we started the challenge of the round the world flight, many of our pilots have started it, and some of us have lost in the middle of the Amazon rainforest or flying over the Sahara, fortunately, they continue flying and reporting new adventures.
If you want to use the new FS2020 to enjoy many of the natural landscapes in 7 continents (including the Antarctic) do not doubt that this is your simulator because it has all the planes needed to fly it, remember to use https://www.vatsim.net/news/vpilot-updated-v26 and send me the report as I explain in http://www.aavirtual.com/forum/viewtopi ... 21&t=20136.
If you want to fly with a partner or organize a flight of this Tour, we have opened two voice channels in our Discord chat, remember that the flights have to be flown in order, but in this case I promise to save the route so you do not have to fly it again.
From the staff, we continue working to improve the company. Happy flying!
The air up there in the clouds is very pure and fine, bracing and delicious. And why shouldn't it be?--it is the same the angels breathe.
This has been very interesting so far. Just completed leg #27 (WSSS - WIII). Forces me to fly different a/c which has been an adventure. Thanks for putting this together Omar.
I just completed leg 40 today UUEE to EFHK. It has been quite the adventure and even more challenging is I'm on FSX and some of the airports we are going to are not in the sim. That's made things very interesting but not a show stopper. I just have to make sure both airports are in the game before I do the flight or try to come up with a solution beforehand.

That's interesting Todd. I fly P3Dv4 and have not run into the problem of not having an airport (not yet anyway). However I have run into the problem of being on approach to an airport only to find out that my scenery does not have all the runways of the given airport. Have had to sidestep or go around on a couple of occasions .
Thanks Todd and Ted, I check again the roules, thanks for your help.
Can I fly with a group in this event?
Of course, you can flight with a friend pilot or use our Discord chat to join or to organize a flight.
Do I have any equipment restriction?
No, you can fly the airplane you want but I recommend to check the airport restrictions and routes. I have no problem if you can land a Boing 747 in Lukla but I will need a video.
Is everyone who participates required to fly every leg?
Yes, everyone who participates required to fly every leg in sequence 20WTL1, 20WTL2...
Do all legs have to be flown within the week the legs are published, or can someone start late and "catch-up"?
No, you don´t have to fly within the week the legs are published you can start late and you can catch up when you want. You can fly from 10/05/2020 to 1/09/2022 ( our 20th anniversary).
Do we have routes and alternate airports?
Yes, every two weeks I will open 4 routes to fly with some guidance instructions (routes) we start on the 10th of May, the next will be the 20th of May, the 10th of June….. Due to the complexity of the event and the various simulators FSX, P3D, Xplane ... is allowed to fly to the nearest airport. However, although I do take it into account it is ideal to advise which airport you have chosen in order to confirm.
Can I start before September 2022, could I finish after that date?
No, you can´t. Unfortunately, the event will close on 01/09/2022, our anniversary.
