How about start visiting our hubs. Start at one far end and work across the country. ie. TJSJ - KJFK - KMIA - KORD - KDFW- KPSP- KLAX. Of course not all at once this month next month, next .... EGLL would be hard to work on. Take the goat back to KDFW and the coffee pot(used) back to KORD. Snatch and grab 'em.

Question: Is a theme flight like a GFI - flown online as a group at a specific time?
A theme flight is like a GFI in that many pilots fly the same flight and share their experience. You may fly on-line or off-line and you may fly at any date and time. Some pilots occassionally coordiante a group flight on-line. Whether you fly on-line or off-line you get the 50% bonus hours for the theme flight when you check the "GFI flight or theme flight" box on your FREP. (If you use FSACARS, rememer to go back to the site and Edit your FREP to check the box.)
