It is not often this happens. Not another year older but hitting the 200 x 10decade mark is call for this notation in the annals of this AAV. Rick Stevens has just passed the 2000 hour mark of flying here at our ole' AAV. Let me be the first to congratulate you on this high achievement. He also happens to be stationed at the KDFW Hub. :D

Congratulations Rick. That really is quite an achievement. 2,000 hours, heck I'm struggling just trying to get my first 1,000.

I know exactly what you mean Rick. I never knew there was such a thing as virtual airlines. A friend of mine, who flew for Frontier Virtual and Eastern Virtual, told me about it and got me back into simming in '04. I could have easily just ended up at either one of those, but I decided to do a search first and I hit the jackpot when I found AAV. I've flown for VPA and UPS since then and I didn't stick with either of those. This VA is by far the best and without it I'm sure my flight sim would have just collected dust on my hard drive after a while. I enjoy every minute I spend with AAV and it's all you guys' fault! :D

I couldn't agree more with you more Bert and Rick. I remember first reading about VAs in general, and my first pick was a keeper. I've been here since almost the beginning. things have changed in my life that prevent me from participate as often, but I'll never leave.
