Welcome aboard Eleuterio. The checkrides is the exact reason I chose this VA. No other va had a checkride system in order to advance in ranks. Most you just reach an hour requirement and you automatically advance to the next rank? What fun is that? I like the feeling that I earned the promotion here.

Welcome Eleuterio

I've never been a real work pilot either. I had to study and learn about VOR navigation, SIDs, and STARs before I took my first checkride. I was very nervous, but the studying and practicing paid off. It's been a fun journey.

Eleuterio Sousa Ramos wrote:Oh, thaks to all for the warm wellcome, I need a little help here, how to find everything I need, I'd downloaded the FSacars, where's the flights, there's an especific flights to choose or I think that I have to pick one from the real life timetable, right? and then, copy the details and make the flight plan? in my search, I found the AA main site the timetable for windows here: http://www.aa.com/i18n/travelInformatio ... etable.jsp and it's amaizing.
Hey Eleurterio, you can use the real AA.com timetable that you have or you can search our timetable we have on our website to find flights which should be pretty close since ours was just updated. Either way just make sure you choose flights that use equipment that you are qualified to fly at your rank. Since you are a First Officer you can fly the b737 or md80, CRJ ERJ, and the ATR and Saab aicrafts. Then when you find flights that you want to fly, just click on the "submit freq" link on the side of the main AAV page and follow the instructions and submit it. It won't show up right away, your Hub Manager has to review it and make sure it's correct and approve it. If you do select flights off the main AA webpage, you might want to enter that in the comments section of your FREQ, makes it a bit easier for us Hub Managers to verify the flights when we know where the pilot got them from. Hope this helps.

Elueterio. I sent you an e-mail about your problem. In case you do not get it here is an answer.
You do not have a FREQ filed as yet. You cannot file a flight until you request flights. Please see the pilots handbook section for requesting and filing flights. :)
And yes we use Teamspeak.

I think there are two problems here. The database error is most likely a problem with the information in the aav.ini file. If you email me a copy, I can try to see what is wrong. Once you get past the database error, then you need to have a FREQ as Wayne says.
