Yep, it works for FSX.
Here is the default scenery at Sky Harbor KPHX. Note here the Cessna is in the air and not on the ground. It was a shot using the slew.

Well, no NEW pilots showed up, so they missed out on this treat of a flight from Sacremento to Phoenix.
Piloting this evening ere John moore (AAV280), Ted Martin (AAV537), me (AAV580), Todd Meek (AAV706), Sergio Sanchez (AAV742), Wayne Pierce (AAV783), and Jim Parish (AAV1050).
No, the jetway does not dock with the cockpit. Must be one of those new blonde interns ....

Jim and John up there ahead of me as we come into Phoenix. Since there was no ATC here we elected for parallel approaches on 26 and 25R.
