Porblem marking FREQ as complete

Is anyone else having technical difficulties with their FREQ being marked complete when finished filing your requisite FREPS?

If you are having difficulties with FREP and FREQ, you really need to contact your HUB manager. These are manually approved and handled. Please let him know exactly what problems your having. Each time you file a report it goes into the computer system and we have to visually look at it to make sure your filed it correctly. If it is then we mark it ok'd, and then we have to mark it completed when your finished. This takes real world time and the HUB managers will look at the reports when they have time set aside from their real life to do this. 98% of the time any problems are with the pilots filing incorrectly which then takes time for the pilots to respond and do it over again. This is not an automatic system as we still have paperwork to file. So again if you are having problems see the first sentence.

I used to forget to do this all the time when I was a hub manager.

Just send a polite PM or email to your hub manager, "I think my FREQ is done, would you please mark it compelte?"
