FAA downgrades Mexico's Civil Aviation Authority's rating

The story from FAA.gov here.
Basically, by downgrading Mexico's saftey rating, Mexican air carriers cannot establish new services to the U.S., but they can maintain existing flights. As a result, Delta has announced that they have to remove their codes from their Aeromexico flights. Passengers can be rebooked under an Aeromexico flight number. AA will probably have to do the same.
