I run Win 7 on my FS desktop and Vista Home Premium on my networked laptop that is used for everything else. I've had the registered version of AVG for several years now and never any problems. The laptop was in Afghanistan with me (where computer viruses run rampant because afghans don't know any better) and I didn't have any problems there either. I say stick with it, and if you can upgrade to the registered version with the additional bells and whistles then more power to you.
