This would need to be something that could be enabled/disabled easily and pointed to the right URL. Perhaps put it just below the last winner's shot and have it blink to catch attention.

You all realize it shows up under the forum activity section of the homepage?

We realize it shows up there but over the course of the contest it disappears as new threads push it down.

If you reply to it with a "x more days to vote" does it go back to the top?

We bumnp it all the time, but I think more people would vote if it was constantly visible.
