Walter, Most of the problems with ACARS are due to our own failure to communicate with the computer, keyboard to computer interface error. If your password isn't correct, if your flight number isn't filled in, if a host of things it will not work. The issue you have now is that you had tried to send the ACARS report and the log hasn't completed itself and it will try to keep sending duplicate reports, which are not complete.

Go to the folder where the ACARS program is set up and you have to delete the log manually. This is created each flight and has to be completed by ACARS each time for it to work and send in the report. Unfortunatly you will need to manual imput this FREP that you flew as it will not now be recorded.
The folder should be located in C:/program file (x86)/fsacars/ , if you let it install and under vista win7, the file you need to delete is the one that has your AAV###.Dat. This is the file which is created each flight.

One has to make sure that the FSACARS is filled out with the correct items with a fresh start.

Posting a screenshot of your completed FSACARS form can help us debug your problem. It also helps us understand where our instructions may not be clear enough so that we can revise them.
