New Retro Pilot at DFW
Well, we have another old timer that has joined the old timer club and passed his Retro endorsement. Congratulations to Corky Barnett for completing his Retro checkride. He now gets to fly slow and low with the other old timers (not saying who...Wayne, Harold, ...).

Re: New Retro Pilot at DFW
It's not about being old enuf but able to stay awake at the controls for an extended time period and holding it. The pee tube is in the back of those planes.Theodore Martin wrote:Well...I don't know. Do you think I'm old enough??????????

Ever wonder what that garden hose was that snaked from the cockpit to the rear of the plane? Yep. Drainage!

Re: New Retro Pilot at DFW
OK, that's a problem. I can't maintain concentration more that 30min at a time, and definitely can't "hold it" for more that 30min. (although Harold's suggestion may resolve that). Don't those thinks have autopilots!Wayne Pierce wrote:It's not about being old enuf but able to stay awake at the controls for an extended time period and holding it.
