My wife and I went to Italy for our 20th wedding anniversary this month.
KSAN-KSFO-EDDF-LIPZ
LIRF-EDDF-KSFO-KSAN
Planespotting in LIRF was poor due to the filthy windows at the airport. KSFO and EDDF were much better. Here are the highlights. (The pictures are tall collages. Click on them if you can't see all the planes stacked up).
