Like AVIS #2 Tries Harder. Right, Jose?

AAV senior citizen, Jose Suarez (AAV2), is celebrating hitting the half-way mark to the start of his 10th century today!

The fire trucks are primed to roll out and welcome his landing at KDFW this afternoon. The DFW hub crew have the cake and ice cream ready to bring to the gate and share onboard before everyone de-planes (the cleaning crew are going to love that mess). The pax will join us in a rousing Happy Bertday chorus.

Of course, the FAA is participating, too. An FAA inspector will be there to check Jose's license, log book, med certificate, and paper work for the a/c. We just mentioned to the chief examiner how old Jose was getting to be, and they jumped at the chance to participate! He did say something about the inspector not being able to have any cake and ice cream since that could be construed a "bribe".

Congratulations on reaching this milestone, Jose. Thanks for all you have done and do for AAV and Vatsim.

Happy Bertday!

Happy birthday Jose. You've been around since the start of this VA and have put a ton of hard work and dedication to see it grow into what it is today. We all appreciate what you do very much. Enjoy your day.

Best wishes to my prior boss. Hope it was a great birthday.

As everyone else has said, thanks for all the work, effort, and passion you have put into AAV to make it what it is.
