You have a damaged FSACARS file, which keeps trying to send out the last one filed. It will do so until it is deleted. There has been discussion on the forum here at length already about this.
To have the FREPs deleted is not up to you, your HUB manager will see that there are duplicates, triplicates, and then delete them.
The file in question is where your FSACARS files are kept on your computer. It may have the call sign of the flight in question with an .dat extension.
The old manual method of filing FREPS is still in effect.
If all else fails then delete the FSACARS and reload. Keep your AAV cfg as it has your login data on it.
Small FREP problem.
