What is this?

So i was flying on VATSIM looking for a nice flight from KLAS-KJFK and i was reading a book during cruise so when looked at flight sim to see how flight was going two supervisors sent me messges one was that "it is now 18:32:00 z i am unable to contact you this is a voilation of our rules" so when i tried to reply it said MTI_SUP not connected so i thought maybe he is offline so i didn't then it came "it is now 18:52:00 z i am disconnecting you from server please do not reconnect in 24hours".I don't see any fault of mine in this because i tried to reply and only he was offline and later he disconnected me with a penalty.So a nice day ruined for nothing.
